House in Notting Hill

A design review of the house was undertaken which led to proposals for the lower ground, ground and third floor of the house. The focus of the proposals was to improve the connection of the house to the garden. On the third floor planning consent was gained for a roof terrace.

At ground level a new terrace and stair link were created to improve the relationship to the garden and the kitchen was improved. At lower ground level a complete refurbishment was undertaken to provide a separate flat for a photographer.
