Conservation
We can assist you to develop projects including buildings in Conservation Areas, Listed Buildings and Ancient Scheduled Monuments, including innovative adaptations to historic fabric.

Feasibility Studies
We work closely with you to develop a brief, setting up of a design and financial framework to realise a project. We can advise on setting up consultant teams, where this is appropriate.

Urban Design/Master Planning
We can work with Clients and Community Groups to develop strategic and detailed proposals in urban
and rural locations.

Condition Surveys
We can assess the condition and historic value of existing buildings and environments and identify potential for new uses and opportunities.

Regeneration
We can assist you to develop a framework and communicate a vision to regenerate redundant and under performing buildings and environments.

Materials and Technical
We can advise Clients on the repair and maintenance of historic fabric as well as the potential of new sustainable materials and processes.

Funding
We can assist Clients at inception to set up a project cost plan and monitoring framework and to establish links and make bids with grant making trusts and statutory bodies.
