Health Professions Council

The Health Professions Council [HPC] is one of nine regulators of health care professionals. HPC is an expanding organisation and Studio Callaghan has been assisting with the landscaping/interior design and architectural works associated with the expansion of the facilities located at Park House in Kennington since 2004. The Stannary Street project involved the extensive refurbishment and remodelling works to a 1950s industrial building in a Conservation Area, adjoining listed buildings. The project provided disabled access and a sustainable design for a new services infrastructure. Detailed design of high quality interiors including council chambers/tribunal offices, meeting rooms, offices and WCs, forming Phase 1 of a two phase project. On the top floor there is a meeting room for less formal meetings, with open aspects to the front and rear, across timber decking and sedum planting. This forms Phase 2 of the project.
